In the sauna the rich scent of cedar mingles with the crackle of the fire, creating a grounding atmosphere where relaxation deepens with every breath. Choose from unique ambiances tailored to different moods and intentions: Aufguss, where wafts of aromatic steam are guided through the air in a sensory ceremony; Bear Den, evoking primal coziness and the protective stillness of hibernation; Earth Womb, a nurturing, elemental embrace that feels both grounding and regenerative; and Sound Bath, where resonant tones and vibrations harmonize with the heat to soothe the nervous system. Sessions are an hour long incorporating three 20 minute rounds. Ambient Saunas are held on Saturdays or Sundays and are $50/person.  Use the form on the webpage or email us info@deeptimevt.com to arrange an individual session or groups of up to four.  Our Sunday Night Community Saunas are on the Second Sunday of each month from 6pm-8pm and are by donation.
